Title: Use of ICT tools in teaching and learning process Objectives of the practice:
 To access the information throughout the Globe and to extract extensive knowledge on subject through ICT.
 To implement, analyze, practice a better method of learning to student and using ICT for better communication by presenting in teaching.
 To use ICT Tools for effective utilization of educational resources both in teaching and learning processes.
 To provide the possible solutions to overcome the drawbacks in rural and semi urban areas of Govt. degree colleges and also for providing extra efforts.
 To share the study material among the students and staff. Context: Digital transformation of educational resources and communication technologies is a major reason for utilization of ICT and ICT Tools in 21st century. It has incredibly changed the nature of accessing information throughout the Globe.
The technology penetrated into the common man’s hand through mobile devices for 24X7 services for enhancement of knowledge.
The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) including not only well equipped ICT class rooms but also e-mails, websites, social networking sites for the purpose of teaching and learning process for accessing student at any time and any place during the pandemic periods too.
The Practice: The Technology in the class room help educators to get more students for effective involvement, improve practical skill and most importantly make learning fun.
The faculty is encouraged to undergo training programmes of MOOCs, MOODLE, ICT tools in teaching and learning process sponsored by Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh.
BEST PRACTICE USE OF ICT TOOLS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS
 In the effort of self learning, students are also encouraged to prepare presentations using the power point during their seminars.
All the faculty are using the LCD projectors and PPT’s for efficient presentation and easy understanding of lessons to students.
- The department organizes monthly one Guest lecture in the classrooms for B.Com CA by company secretaries from eminent companies.
- Seeking input from MNC the Department has MoU for the Finance and Accounting Elective course with Tata Consultancy Services.
- All students are envisioned to present and publish papers in various State, National and International Level Conferences and Seminars.
- The student academic plan, course material, lecture plans are sent to the wards one week ahead of their sessions through Google classroom.

Each and every student is constantly observed on their needs and regularity in classes through Tutor ward meeting and Parent – Teacher Meeting.
Endow support for the students who are weak in their subjects by conducting Remedial Classes.

Problems Encountered and Resources required:
Commissioner of collegiate education provided the ICT classroom equipment for usage of ICT. Computer systems, mobiles, social media, Wi-Fi and Internet facilities, Google suite are the back bone to ICT environment for collaborating the student and teacher in online through ICT tools.
Commissioner of collegiate education arranged so many FDP’s to fulfill the drawbacks of usage of ICT tools. Even though a lot of benefits with ICT teaching and learning, the remote rural students are not able to reach the goals. Poor students are still unable to utilize ICT due to lack of equipment like android phones and internet or unlimited Wi-Fi.
