Introduction

Jawahar Knowledge Centre was started in the year 2008 with an aim to develop employability skills to the students studying non-professional courses. It imparts training in computer skills, communication skills, analytical skills and industry related skills. JKC shoulders the responsibility of providing intensive training to the poorest of the poor students from marginalized sections of the society in employable skills and to equip them with the skills essential to realize their dreams. The students from rural areas who have no access to advantages experienced by their urban counter parts are provided with the latest technologies and opportunities to upgrade their skills and are encouraged to compete for better standards of living.

Training Schedule:
  • Three General batches (3 months each) in communication skills, analytical skills and computer skills and a Special batch (One month)in Communication skills /Analytical skills every year from April to February of the following year.
  • Exact dates for registration and commencement of every batch will be notified by CCE and in turn it will be intimated to the students by circular (displayed on all departments notice boards) and announcements on mike.
  • 4. Online Courses Like : CISCO, Micro Soft Up skilling, TCSiON, IBM P-tech with free of cost
Training Timings:
  • 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM – Communication Skills by GEMs 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM – Analytical Skills
  • 3.30 PM to 4.30 PM- Technical Skills by Full Time Mentor
Registration:
  • By submitting the filled in application form along with training fees of Rs: 550/- (Rupees fiv hundred and fifty only) for OC and BC Students / Rs.50/- for SC and ST Students.
  • Recently completed Graduates and Post Graduates
