Mechanism of Grievances Redressal:
- Submission of Grievance: Students can submit their grievances in writing or through an online portal e-CEGRaM, detailing the nature of the issue they are facing.
- Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC): A dedicated committee is formed, typically comprising faculty members and student representatives, to investigate and resolve complaints.
- Investigation: The GRC reviews the submitted grievances, gathers relevant information, and may conduct hearings if necessary.
- Resolution: After evaluating the case, the GRC proposes a resolution, which may include corrective actions or recommendations to prevent future grievances.
- Feedback Mechanism: Students are usually encouraged to provide feedback on the resolution process, ensuring continuous improvement of the grievance handling system.
- Transparency: The process aims to maintain transparency, and results are communicated back to the students to ensure trust in the mechanism.
